First off we
want to send wishes to Homer Hurtt and Jerry Collins,
and to Dave Volkman who has a broken vertebra from a parachuting accident. And
finally we want to send get well wishes to Regina Flynn on her recent back
surgery
We have a show at Rural King in
Lebanon on May 4th, 9am-3 or 4pm, and we have a funpull/workday
at Oeder’s Lake on May 18th. Also I had a
friend ask me if anyone had an old fender mount radio, he has a 730 Diesel John
Deere and wants a radio that looks like it was original to the tractor. If
anyone has one let me know and I will pass the information along
I thought spring
was here, but since we hooked up the planter it seems like winter has come back,
a man in Oregonia said his field soil temperature was only 40 degrees, so we’re
in a holding pattern for a while then. Heard of a couple people who put out
some corn but not many, as long as the ground was no-till and we don’t get a
hard driving rain I think it might be alright, as my boss at Pioneer says it
all depends on the weather tomorrow
